Our services are mutually agreed by you, the client, and Mollie May LTD. The date and time of the services are also mutually agreed by you, the client, and Mollie May LTD.

Mollie May LTD reserves the right to cancel the services, if necessary, but endeavour's to meet all services that are mutually agreed by you, the client, and Mollie May LTD.

- Full Spectrum Midwifery Care
- Antenatal Care

- Postnatal Care

- Hypnobirthing Birth Education 

Please note that services may be affected by public or Bank holidays.

Your health

It is your responsibility, as the client, to inform Mollie May LTD of any health-related conditions before you use our services. If you have any physical or mental health conditions, please inform Mollie May LTD before you use our services and we will do our best to accommodate where possible. Your medical history or health conditions that you share with Mollie May LTD will be handled confidentially and with the upmost care. We can not be held responsible for any person’s injury or health from a pre-existing health condition, so please let us know your medical history before you use our services. 

Our terms

Terms and Conditions relates to www.molliemaymidwife.co.uk. and www.molliemaymidwife.com. These Terms and Conditions ("the Terms and Conditions") govern your (“the User” or "the Client") use of the Mollie May LTD ("Provider") website located at the domain name www.molliemaymidwife.com and www.molliemaymidwife.co.uk. ("the Website”).

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. At this time, we do not accept clients from outside of the United Kingdom.

A Contract between the client and Mollie May LTD for our services will only exist once the client has been purchased and has been accepted by Mollie May LTD, at which point the client’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the services or a deposit, whichever is relevant to the services. This does not affect the client's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of services is subject to change without notice.

Cancelling our service...

Due to the high level of service, a part refund may be made available under our discretion, for client’s that have used a small percentage of our services. However, Mollie May LTD  reserves the right to reject cancellation requests if the client has used a larger part of the service. If you are yet to use our services, but have paid in paid in full or paid a deposit, you, the client, are entitled to a full refund. If you would like to discuss a cancellation, please contact us immediately at molliemaymidwife@gmail.com quoting your Name, Order Reference Number and the date of your order. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your Mollie May LTD services, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at molliemaymidwife@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve your complaint promptly.

Payment and taxes

We accept payment by bank transfer. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our services are correct at the time of going to press.
